1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cvbaji" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at cvbaji.net, operated for the benefit of players in Bangladesh and the wider South Asia region.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered in your name on the cvbaji platform.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the cvbaji platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available through cvbaji.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency accepted on the cvbaji platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cvbaji. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the cvbaji platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
5. The funds you use to wager are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

3 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money Services on cvbaji, you must create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. cvbaji strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any remaining balance dealt with in accordance with applicable guidelines.

• Prohibited persons: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cvbaji and its affiliated partners are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cvbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bangladeshi bank transfers: BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
• International cards where applicable: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no deposit fee charged by cvbaji, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful confirmation by the payment network.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. cvbaji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds credited to your Account. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus are always freely withdrawable subject to identity verification requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cvbaji offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns timed around BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. cvbaji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated wagers, and potential permanent Account suspension.

6 Betting and Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through cvbaji. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A wager is only accepted once you have received a confirmed bet reference number from the cvbaji system. No wager is valid until confirmation has been issued.
• Odds and prices: Odds displayed on the cvbaji platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the moment of confirmed acceptance are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Void bets: cvbaji reserves the right to declare a bet void if the event is cancelled, if the bet was accepted in error (including due to a system malfunction or manifest pricing error), or if the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body or data provider used by cvbaji. In the event of a discrepancy, the decision of cvbaji's trading team is final, subject to the complaints procedure in Section 11.
• Live betting: In-play wagers are subject to additional latency and timing rules. cvbaji reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time and to void wagers placed after a material event has occurred but before the market has been updated.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cvbaji platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cvbaji staff, agents, or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cvbaji platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the website — is the intellectual property of cvbaji or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cvbaji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cvbaji platform without prior written consent from cvbaji.

12 Limitation of Liability

• cvbaji is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cvbaji operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and industry-standard security practices. 14 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your cvbaji Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable Bonus Fund forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

cvbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

15 Amendments and Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules published on the cvbaji platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and cvbaji with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

cvbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use the cvbaji platform after a revision has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
